Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all inside and at the same location - Willow & Oak. This is a venue above the Hillsboro Brewing Co. It is wheelchair accessible and there is plenty of parking in the area. If you want to arrive early, the brewery is worth checking out; it serves lunch and some wonderful brews! Yes, please see the 'Travel' tab. If you are planning to stay in one of the hotels, we recommend calling and getting put on the waitlist at Hotel Hillsboro. It is full, but the other block may not take up all the rooms. The other hotels listed on our site do have blocks too, but will be a farther drive. We are planning a shuttle for the Mauston hotels.
Typically, beautiful this time of year! But it is Wisconsin, so it can get humid and hot. Indoors it will be comfortable.
Semi-formal/Dressy casual. It will likely be warm during this time of year in Wisconsin, but Willow & Oak is air conditioned. Our wedding is earthy and rustic, so if that helps you decide, great. But mostly, we just want you to be comfortable. Don't forget your dancing shoes!
A shuttle will pick up and drop off from the Mauston hotels and Blue Hwy Lodge. The Hotel Hillsboro is within walking distance. If you are staying in an AirBnb, feel free to contact the bride or groom, and we can plan accordingly for Shuttle dropoff so that all make it safely.
