Pearl Street is a must-see walking mall in Boulder, Colorado. The perfect place to spend your free time if you'd like to do some shopping or are in need of a bite to eat - there are LOTS of shops and restaurants!
Hands down the BEST place to get pasta in Boulder (and where BOTH Maddie and Matt celebrated their 21st birthdays)! If you need a menu recommendation, you can't go wrong with the Tortellone Borbellini - our personal favorite dish!
If you're looking for a fun day trip, Estes Park is the place for you! With lots of little shops, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery, the ~1 hour drive to Estes is undoubtedly worth it. While you're up there, make sure to check out Rocky Mountain National Park. Maddie and Matt love going up at least once a year (during the fall) to see the leaves change colors.
Maddie and Matt discovered this coffee shop right off 28th Street in Boulder and they BOTH agree that Gabee has the best coffee around. Their personal favorite drink is the iced vanilla latte.
Check out Chautauqua Park for a beautiful view of the Flatiron Mountains and a variety of hikes! Matt and Maddie love to bring a big picnic blanket, a bottle of wine, and some snacks to sit out on the lawn and hang out with friends.
Rosetta Hall is a perfect place to go to lunch or dinner that will please everyone. This Food Hall includes eight restaurants and two bars and has a super lively and fun vibe! One of Matt and Maddie's favorite places to start a night out in Boulder.
Head over to Moxie for a quick breakfast bite. They have the best bread and freshly baked pastries...you will not be disappointed! Maddie and Matt used to walk to Moxie with Daisy on Saturday mornings to enjoy a delicious breakfast and an iced latte.
A must-stop ice cream shop! In Matt and Maddie's humble opinion, Glacier is the BEST ice cream in the state of Colorado. Matt's favorite flavor is Funky Donkey (Peanut Butter with Oreo) while Maddie is partial to the Mint Oreo, but it is all delicious and you can't go wrong.
