Seeking some fresh air? Quarry Hill Nature Center is nestled just outside of town with miles of trails and beautiful scenery. Check out the Visitor Center to learn more about the Southeastern Minnesota region.

Visit the historic mansion that belonged to the renowned Mayo family for generations. General tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Mayowood Historic Home

Visit the home of Dr. Henry S. Plummer, a valuable member of the Mayo Clinic in the 1910s. The house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens which, even in April, will be lovely.

Check out the many downtown shops, eateries, and nightlife that this city has to offer! If you're in the mood for a walk, explore Peace Plaza near the Mayo Clinic or make your way over to Soldiers Field Memorial Park.
