Happily Ever After

Like the true sports fans they are, Shawn and Kaleigh met during a UFC watch party. They instantly clicked and spent their first night together talking on the beach until the sun came up. These two quickly became the best of friends and have been inseparable ever since!

Following Shawn's homecoming from deployment, they went to the happiest place on earth to celebrate being together again - Disney World! Shawn insisted they go to Magic Kingdom at night to watch the fireworks from the front of Cinderella's Castle. As they arrive to the park, it begins to rain and Shawn suggests that himself and Kaleigh wait out the rain in one of the shops at the park entrance because he wants to get Disney buttons that say "I'm celebrating". So the both of them take refuge from the rain in this little shop and he grabs the buttons he wanted while she is admiring the assortment of Minnie Mouse ears. As the clock struck nine there was an announcement that the fireworks show would soon begin. Filled with glee, Kaleigh darted out of the shop and down Main Street USA to the front of Cinderella's Castle. However, her excitement was soon replaced with impatience as there was at least a 30-minute rain delay. But as fate would have it, the rain finally ceased and the fireworks show began! It was an absolutely magical experience to see the show from the front of the Castle. Kaleigh was in awe of the show and fireworks when she felt a tap on her shoulder, Shawn then handed her one of those Disney buttons.... it read, " I'm celebrating getting engaged". Kaleigh looks to Shawn with complete surprise and finds him on his knee with the most beautiful engagement ring. In that magical moment, she said yes to her very own Prince Charming.... and thus began Kaleigh and Shawn's happily ever after.
