If you're coming in a few days earlier or making a long weekend out of the trip, below are a few recommendations on things to do!

The Romantic Zone is worth making time to go visit! It's in the southern part of the downtown Puerto Vallarta tucked just a few blocks away from the water, and is full of energy. Tons of shopping, food and bars. Street vendors, local boutiques and people watching are top notch.

If you're looking for the best authentic street tacos in the area, check out Pancho's Takos. 

Want to do a tequila tasting? Joe Jack's Fish Shack offers a private ‘sipping adventure’ around the agave-producing regions of Mexico where you'll taste the finest Tequilas, Mezcals, and Raicillas the country has to offer.

On Saturdays there is a farmers market right in the Romantic Zone full of food and vendors to buy souvenirs.
