Welcome to Z party!

It was Veteran's Day, November 2016. We were scheduled to meet at Pelican Hill Grill since Tony was there golfing with a client. I was enjoying the holiday with clients having lunch in Laguna, when I get a text from Tony that says "Mayday! Client's flight is delayed, he's going to be here. I told him we've been together for a few months and it's pure bliss - go along with it." Meanwhile...he had been downplaying me to his client in case it went terribly. "I don't know man, she's alright. We'll see where it goes. Nothing serious." Being in sales my whole life, I was no stranger to awkward first meetings. I kissed Tony on the cheek upon arrival, said "Hi babe!", and proceeded to essentially interview his client as if I were running a first meeting. I could feel his eyes bulging out of his head next to me like "Who is this crazy girl?!". His client slugged him at one point and said "Why hasn't she met the family again?!" Ironically we also worked in the same building; Tony on the 16th floor and me on the 11th. I was literally under his nose but it took an app to bring us together. Little did we know an impromptu roleplay that day would turn out to be the love of a lifetime. That was the silly beginning of our love story and the rest is history. We've spent every day together since and our hearts have never been fuller. We can't WAIT to celebrate our love with you!
