Do I need a passport to get to the wedding?

Yes! A passport book is required to fly into Mexico.
Question
When should we fly in & what airport?
Answer
You’re welcome to fly in any day the week of October 30th. Many people will be flying in on November 2nd & flying out on November 5th! You will want to fly into San Jose del Cabo, Mexico (SJD). PLEASE NOTE - If you are in the BRIDAL PARTY/PROCESSIONAL, we ask that you fly in early on Thursday, November 2nd to be present for rehearsal. Please let Kayla or Zane know if you have questions/conflicts in regards to arrival time.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?
Answer
Once your flight is booked, please copy & paste the following link in your browser to schedule your transfer: https://www.Cabotravelsolutions.com/transportations-groups/8 Please be sure to write in the comments “Mayes/Garcia Wedding” In order to schedule the transfer, you will need to provide the flight information. There are taxis at the airport terminal, if you choose to forego the shuttle provided by the resort.

How much is it to book a room at the resort?
Answer
Pricing will vary based on occupancy and room selection. For pricing, please visit the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach booking site via the QR Code. You may also call the resort with the phone number provided on the 'Where To Stay' tab. PLEASE NOTE - Upon booking your room, you will be required to pay a first night deposit. You will pay the rest when you arrive in Cabo! To avoid any confusion of rates, please select the room you would like to book, and scroll to the bottom and select the option titled GARCIA2023 Wed Ai Nov03!

I see Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is an all-inclusive resort. What will be covered during my stay?
Answer
Pricing includes all food, drinks, and resort entertainment. By staying at the resort, you will be included in all wedding festivities and receive all-inclusive benefits of the resort including six swimming pools, private beach access, and unlimited food and beverage at all ten restaurants and bars.

Can I stay at a different resort?
Answer
In order to attend the ceremony and reception, you will need to be a guest at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adults only affair, aside from immediate family.

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We have amazing photographers who will be there to capture every moment and we promise to share the photos with everyone. We ask that during the ceremony, all phones and cameras be silenced and put away. We would like you to be present to enjoy this moment with us.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, semi-formal attire. Dress to impress but also dress for the elements (sun and sand). The ceremony and reception will both be held on the beach and the weather will be in the mid to low 70's. Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, maxi dresses, cotton & linens button downs with nice shorts (no ties required). Wear whatever color you like, but ladies, please don’t wear white. Ladies - We don’t recommend heels, sandals is your best option! Gents - Sandals, dress shoes/boat shoes.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us. No gifts are expected, but if you’d like to contribute towards our honeymoon fund, it would be truly appreciated. Please select the 'Honeymoon Fund' tab for more information.
