Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

To attend the wedding a car will not be necessary as buses will be provided. Many bars, restaurants, shopping, and even hikes are walking distance to downtown Juneau. However, a car can be very helpful in exploring all that Juneau has to offer. There are very limited public transportation including city buses and hired rides such as Uber, Lyft, and Taxi services.

Will there be transportation to/from Eaglecrest?

Answer

Yes! School buses will be provided to transport guests from downtown to Eaglecrest. Reception buses will leave the Wharf at 6pm. Transportation back downtown will be offered throughout the night. There is no cell phone service at the lodge, therefore, if you choose not to ride the bus please make sure to schedule a taxi ahead of time. Additionally, Eaglecrest has a large parking lot with free parking on site.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

The reception will include a buffet dinner catered by Breeze In with many food options including meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

This will be indicated on your invite and RSVP form online. At this time due to COVID-19 and venue restrictions we are limiting plus ones to significant others.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! If your children are invited this will be indicated on your RSVP. While there are not many children invited we hope they have an excellent time!
