Coming Soon: The Zalmanoffs!

Sam's family moved to St. Charles when she was 5 years old. They moved into the Vineyards neighborhood where she would soon meet Cameron, who lived just down the street. They grew to be friends over the years, riding the same bus to school, swimming on the neighborhood swim team, and being in the same classes at school. Cameron's older sister actually babysat Sam & Zoe when they were young!

The couple began dating on November 13th, 2016, as juniors in high school. In August 2018, they parted ways to attend college an hour and a half away from one another. They tackled long distance for over 4 years, even when Cameron took internships in Tampa, FL, and Knoxville, TN, as well as when Sam studied abroad in Guadalajara, MX. In May 2022, Sam graduated from nursing school, and in December 2022, Cam graduated from engineering school. They finally kissed long-distance goodbye and made a home together just north of Denver, CO.

On January 5th, 2022, after 5 years of dating, Cameron proposed to Sam at Pima Point of the Grand Canyon, at sunset. The couple has always shared a love for traveling and especially exploring national parks, so there was no better opportunity than this! Cameron's family was present to snap some beautiful photos of the moment.
