Yes, we are requesting that you wear formal attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking is on premises. We do encourage everyone to use the free transportation if you are staying at the Hilton or the Holiday Inn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outdoors—weather depending. The reception will be inside the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a bus will be picking guests up at the Hilton Garden or Holiday Inn at 4:05 and will depart by 4:15.
