CAN I BRING A GUEST WHO IS NOT NOTED ON MY INVITATION?

Answer

All guests that are specifically noted on the invitation are invited. Please ensure you're RSVPing for the correct number of guests. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We adore all of your kids but due to limited space, we can only accommodate those that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. We respectfully request you only bring children that are included in the invitation. Please make sure to RSVP for them as well.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If it is close to the wedding date, please email bz.adamswedding@gmail.com.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?

Answer

Orlando, FL during April is normally around 70-80 degrees and sunny during the day and a little cooler at night. There is always a chance for a little sprinkle in the afternoon. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, we recommend you bring sunglasses and wear sunscreen.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to look their best for our special day. We kindly request a semi-formal, cocktail attire for our wedding. For ladies, a dress/pants that are below the knee or floor length. For gentlemen, a suit or blazer, tie optional. We kindly request that our guests do not wear jeans or casual wear.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at Sterling Event Venue in Minneola, FL. Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be indoors.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking on-site at the venue. Uber/Lyft or other rideshare is also welcome for dropoffs, however, later at night it might be harder to catch a ride. Please plan accordingly, like scheduling your pick up ahead of time, and drive responsibly!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM EST. If you are late, there is no guarantee we can let you in. Parking is available on site.

CAN I BRING A GIFT TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

Your presence is a present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table at the entrance for your convenience. To visit our registry, click on the "registry" tab at the top of the page.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask our guests to be present in the moment with us and refrain from using their phones. We hired an excellent photographer who will be capturing one of our most important days. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like! We promise to share ceremony pictures as soon as possible.
