Are there COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

We have decided to make COVID-19 vaccination mandatory in order to attend the event. This means full vaccination - 2 weeks after the final dose. Boosters are encouraged, but not required. We and our vendors will be following local COVID regulations and recommendations. Most likely, masks will be optional for guests but mandatory for vendors. We also recommend that you receive a negative COVID-19 test no more than 48 hours before the reception, if possible. This will make the reception safer for everyone. Attending this celebration is at your own risk, so please do whatever feels safest and most comfortable for you.

Please RSVP by 12/31/2021 so that we may reserve your spot.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is a free lot with plenty of spaces at the entrance of the venue (the entrance and parking lot are around the back and not visible from the road!)

Do I get a Plus-One?

Answer

Everyone named on the invitation is welcome! If you have a plus-one, they will appear along with your name when you RSVP. If someone is named on the invitation (or is a part of the family unit named on the invitation) and is not showing up along with your name, try searching their name separately.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

All listed on the invitation are welcome, and we will have a special kids' meal for them to enjoy. However, there will not be a designated babysitter, so please plan to keep an eye on your kiddos!

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there is an option to list your dietary restrictions. We will work with our caterer to fulfill any special needs or requests you may have.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. If you are attending the after party, please bring a pair of comfortable closed-toe shoes to change into and a face mask, as these are mandatory at Urban Axes!

Is everyone invited to the after party?

Answer

While we would love to continue the celebration with everyone, please note that only people who are 21+ are allowed inside the Urban Axes facility, so unfortunately anyone younger than 21 cannot attend the after party. Be sure to RSVP for the after party if you are planning on coming so we can have a headcount in advance. In addition, please do not RSVP if you are not able to come as this is an event we are paying for, per person! Bring along a credit card if you will want to drink at Urban Axes - they are a card-only facility.
