Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, children may not attend the wedding ceremony or reception, however, the hotel is kid-friendly, so, please bring the kids/relatives and make a family vacation out of it!

Is the resort in a safe area?

Answer

Absolutely. The resort is located in a newer part of the Cancun hotel district called Playa Mujeres. There are two separate security checkpoints shuttles and all traffic must pass through to get to the hotel.

What is included at the resort?

Answer

All food, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are included during your stay at Dreams! There are also complimentary daily activities for guests. Spa services and excursions are offered at additional costs.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! If you do not currently have a passport, we recommend starting the process right away as it may take several weeks to receive the passport after submitting the application. If you already have your passport, please check the expiration date!
