Please arrive by 5:30pm to enjoy some champagne before the ceremony!

Summer formal! We recognize it may be pretty hot in July but we'd love our guest to look their best!

We love your kids but we kindly ask that this is an adult-only event!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

There will be a shuttle service to and from the Hilton Garden Inn, Stonybrook. Other nearby options are available as well but transportation will not be provided: - Danfords Hotel and Marina, Port Jefferson - Hyatt Regency Long Island, Hauppauge - Courtyard by Marriott Long Island, Ronkonkoma

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle arriving to the Hilton Garden Inn at 5:00pm and departing at 5:15pm to bring our guests to Flowerfield Celebrations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is Valet Parking available onsite for our guests.
