Due to the holiday weekend, hotels rates will be expensive. Our recommendation would be to book an Airbnb with a group of guests for a more discounted rate.

Please call the hotel to reserve a room in the Bass Almond block of rooms. The Holiday Inn rate is $299 per night (due to the increased pricing from the holiday weekend). Deadline to reserve a room in the block is 8/2/23.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Holiday Inn South Kingstown ---> Narragansett Elementary School ---> The Towers

September 3, 2023 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. A shuttle will run from the Holiday Inn to Narragansett Elementary School to the venue. Due to the limited parking at the venue, people may choose to park at the Elementary School and be shuttled to the venue. Please park at the front of the school. The bus will be only making one trip from the Holiday Inn, but will make 2 trips from the Elementary School in order to make sure all our guests arrive on time. Bus Schedule: Holiday Inn Arrive at 3:15 and Depart at 3:25 Narragansett Elementary School Arrive at 3:40 Depart at 3:55 Arrive at Towers at 4:05 Bus will make second trip back to NES if necessary for any remaining guests. There is a lot of free public parking around The Towers, however there is no parking lot for the venue. Given it is a Holiday weekend, we encourage you to plan ahead if you wish to try and park near The Towers. The bus will make return trips to both the school and hotel following the ceremony.
