This event is for those interested in helping on the Decoration Committee. We will be organizing decorations and packing up the cars to bring to the Rehearsal at the Venue before 4:30. We will provide light snacks and water.

Please wear comfortable clothing, as we will be rehearsing our wedding the night before the big day. Afterwards we will enjoy a dinner at The Front Row Bar and Grill (7159 NE Imbrie Dr. Hillsboro OR 97124). All food will be covered by the groom's family. Please purchase drinks at the bar.

Our marriage has been based around our strong sense of family and community. For our reception dinner we ask to continue building this community through a potluck dinner. If you are able, please sign up at this link: https://signup.com/go/ndexagG The newly wedded couple will provide chicken thighs + steaks, water, and champagne. We ask our beloved community to provide their favorite dish (and written recipe). If you are traveling to our event feel free to bring your favorite dish from Costco or Walmart. Drop off your dish to the reception area before taking your seat for the Ceremony. The reception area will have a grill, and a chafing flame to keep food warm. We will have coolers to keep food cold. Please feel bring your own drinks (alcohol included) if you would like something other than water and champagne. If for any reason you are unable to bring a dish you are still welcome to celebrate with us. Instead of a gift, consider donating money to our Costco fund on our registry.

The average cost per meal ranges between $7 and $15, so you can enjoy a scrumptious meal without breaking the bank. Parking Information: 1️⃣ Street Parking: Look for available spots around the venue.
