We met at a church young adults group in late 2021. Zach had just moved back home from college, and I had moved to Chicago a year prior for ballet. We started talking through mutual friends and he came to see me perform. After that, Zach initiated more intentional conversation and asked me on a date soon after. We both had life plans up in the air, but we continued to pursue a relationship, trusting God's plan for the future. We decided to officially date in February of 2022. Our love for each other has only grown since then, as we've gotten to know each other more deeply and navigated life's ups and downs together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together and blessed our relationship! I knew pretty quickly that God had put Hannah in my life for a reason. As we were approaching one year in our relationship, I began bringing up more conversations about marriage in the near future. I was ready to take that step, and once I knew Hannah was too, I couldn't wait to ask her. On March 4th of this year, we went to Matthiessen State Park for a "hike", and there I asked her to spend the rest of her life with me. She said YES! We are so excited to see what God will do in our marriage.
