Emma and I met during the 2015 Holiday season. After talking online, we met for the first time at B.J's Brewhouse in Santa Rosa, California on December 15, 2015. From then on we spent a lot of time together. Not only did we become best friends, we fell in love.

Zach surprised me with a wonderful date night to Stark's Restaurant on February 11, 2017. What I thought was a Valentine's Day dinner turned out to be his proposal! We were seated by the fireplace and enjoyed a delicious dinner; then dessert came out and me being the sugar lover I am, I picked up my fork and almost started digging in, when I heard Zach say, "put your fork down". He got on one knee and I burst into tears. I almost couldn't hear him over my sobbing, and although the dining room was full of guests, it felt like it was just us two. I gladly said "Yes!"
