As you know this event, unlike most weddings, is a two day event. Ceremony June 23, 2018 Seven PM @1035 Beach Avenue Cape May, NJ 08204, & the Reception June 24, 2018 Seven PM @ 20W Collings Ave, Collingswood, NJ 08108. THIS RSVP IS FOR THE RECEPTION ONLY! If you do not rsvp here you will not have a seat or a plate at the reception. Some of you are unable to attend both events since the ceremony is further away, but nonetheless we wish to see you at some point. If you have discussed with me about attending the Ceremony ONLY you may not attend the reception. The reception is invitation only. Yvonne met Keyonna Sample as a young child through her GodSister Tranique. Keyonna Sample and Tranique Neil went to Cream Middle School with the Groom Daryl. One Friday at Teen Night at the Millennium Skate World Yvonne spotted Daryl looking cute with his braids. She told Keyonna he was cute and she told him at school that next Monday. He thought she was attractive as well so they became "girlfriend and boyfriend" when she was only 11years old and he was 13. She had never had a boyfriend and wasn't allowed but she snuck and had a fake boyfriend. He gave her her first kiss and it was disgusting to her. She wasn't ready for this whole boyfriend thing and he was more than ready to move forward. So because of her age and her wanting to move very slow they eventually just became friends and always kept in touch on and off. The timing was never right for them growing into young adults since either she or he was in a relationship throughout their friendship, but the attraction was still always there. He had made a few attempts but she was stuck on her daughter's father at the time. When her daughter's father broke her heart he was there as a friend to pick up all of the broken pieces. At this time he just returned back to town and was also single. Before you knew it they had their 2nd first kiss and became a couple and for the first time Daryl had started going to church with her. On June 24th 2012, after the Pastor Monica preached about boys not being serious about relationships with these young girls and only wanting one thing that same morning. 2013 was a wonderful year for Yvonne since on May 10, 2013 she was engaged, the middle of may she obtained her Associate's Degree in Criminal Law, and on her anniversary on June 24th she was married at City Hall. Many obstacles came in between the years but this is the best time ever for them to be married.
