Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Zola, Amazon, and Target.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are hosting a black tie optional event! If you don't feel like getting too fancy that is totally fine. Business casual is also expected, such as: dresses, long skirts, one-piece outfits, slacks, dress shirts, etc. Please no jeans. Our wedding is 100% inside, which means any type of shoe could be worn comfortably!

When should I RSVP by?

All RSVP's should be submitted by Nov. 3.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony start time is at 3:30pm, guest should start arriving 30-40min ahead of time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stick to, which helps a lot when it comes to dinner. We are providing a plated dinner for all guests, so we do need to know based off the RSVP who is coming to party or who will be there in spirit. We will only be able to accommodate to guest who are specifically listed on each individual invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love hanging out with everyone's children! We are allowing some selected families to bring their kids along to party. Children allowed to attend the wedding will be specified on individual invitations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a lot of hotels outside the St. James in Red Wing. All hotel recommendations can be found on the "Travel" page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Just indicate it on the RSVP and we will figure out a substitute for you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The St. James Hotel has its own parking ramp, which is free to use for guests. The entrance for the ramp is located on the side of the hotel.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, both the Ceremony and Reception are located at the St. James Hotel. Our guests don't have to step foot out of the hotel at all if they don't want to! Although, if guests are not staying at the hotel for the night, they will need to find their own transportation to and from the St. James.
