Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony will take place at Waller Ranch: 17307 Powerline Rd Dade City, FL 33523. Ceremony start time will begin exactly at 4:30 PM. If you are late, you will not be permitted to enter. Reception will follow inside the barn after the cocktail hour. Everything is located on the same property.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors. We recommend flat-sole shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. We also recommend coming prepared with sunscreen as Florida can be very sunny this time of year.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby with immediate family for around an hour. Guests can head over to tables near the reception area where we will be servicing finger foods and beverages during cocktail hour.

Question

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive and hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. We will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome to attend all parts of the wedding. Please be mindful of your children by keeping them out of the aisle way. Please note that the last row of seats will be reserved for the families with strollers.

Question

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style and will include pork, rice, beans, yucca, and plantains. There are gluten free options. Please let Allison know if you need any special diet options.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we request a cash gift instead of a physical gift. We have lived together for quite some time and truly do not need any further material items. We instead would like to enjoy an experience instead! If you would like to donate to our cash fund, you may do so under the registry tab on our website. We understand this is not traditional and appreciate your understanding.

Question

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Question

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest, or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting the “Things to Do” page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and things to do in the area, including amusement parks and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?
