The ceremony will take place on Thursday May 23rd, 2024 at 3pm in the Garden Gazebo of the Majestic Mirage. Guests should arrive in Punta Cana at least one day prior.
Included in your mailed invitation was a “Wedding Reservation Form”. Please fill out all the information requested and send a digital copy back to us via e-mail or text by February 1, 2024. We understand not everyone is able to travel and if you can’t we hope to celebrate with you another time!
Yes, all Majestic Resorts are all-inclusive. This means that the cost of your room also includes unlimited access to the resort’s restaurants and bars. There are several "a la carte" dinner restaurants which require reservations/follow a dress code. If you wish to make reservations for any of these restaurants make a request to the front desk/butler on the day of your arrival. All Majestic Resort guests have access to "Caribbean Street" which is where you can find shops, Coco's Nightclub, The Casino, and McJestic (late night fast food). This plaza is located between the Majestic Elegance and the Majestic Mirage.
There is no room block to allow for flexibility for guests to choose where and how long they stay in the Dominican Republic. We recommend booking at the Majestic Mirage. You can book directly through Majestic's website or through any travel sites like Jetblue Vacations, Costco Travel, and Expedia. Other websites might have deals to bundle flights and ground transport to and from the resort. We have personally used Costco Travel in the past and would highly recommend using them to book the resort stay and transfer shuttle. Costco Travel no longer partners with Jetblue Airlines, so there is no option to bundle a non-stop flight from Boston and we would recommend booking the flight separately.
Reminder: Please check that you have a passport! If you already have one, please check that its not expired/expiring before the wedding! We recommend booking your flight early since there is usually only 1 non-stop flight per day. There are many non-direct options for those who need more flexibility.
Don’t forget your passport! If you don’t have a passport, we recommend getting one ASAP. If you do have one, check that its not expired! Processing/wait times are longer than usual due to the backlog from the past few years. Smart-casual (no shorts/jeans) attire for dinners in the resort restaurants. Semi-formal/garden attire for the ceremony. Lots of sunscreen! Please do not bring any valuables that will be left in the room unattended including large sums of money. If you would like to tip any of the service workers (bartenders, maids/butlers, etc) we recommend bringing smaller bills to carry on your person throughout the day.
