WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

We met through a mutual friend at a birthday party. I was staying at my friend Madeleines' house for New Year’s Eve, and she was invited to her friend John's for his birthday party. All sorts of people congregated at this party: Thomas Aquinas California students, Thomas Aquinas New England students, Christendom students, CUA students. But all of them had one thing in common! They all went to the same high school. So, there I was an awkward young adult, who was probably the oldest one there, vibing with "the cool kids". We played some games, talked about everything, and had an amazing time. But there was this one guy who stuck out from the rest. Tall-er than me, dark and handsome! His name was Xavier and my friend Madeliene told me that he was dating some girl at his school. As the night progressed, I took a funny video of Xavier, which I end up showing him later when I visited his school. And when the night ended, we all parted ways, I thinking to myself, “I'll never see you again, Xavier." Or so I thought.....
