Cabin's check-in time is April 17th at 4pm but we do ask to give us some time to settle in and prepare the home. So we are asking to arrive anytime after 6pm preferably. However, if you need to come sooner, please don't hesitate, just expect us not to be in "entertain mode". Since some of us are lodging at the cabin and all events will be hosted on cabin's property, we want everything to be very accommodating and focusing on just having fun with a small celebration of a family union between the Hill's and Woodbury's on Saturday evening. We will be bring extra blankets, pillows, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, food, decor and any other things needed for the home for weekend. We are not accepting gifts but if you would like to contribute to some essential items or decor supplies, we will have a link to that in the "Essential item list" section. I am planning a large grocery run Friday after brunch, so if you need anything once your in town we have that on the schedule.

We really are aiming for a good ole classic family vacation! Phones down and focusing on playing games, doing activities, making meals together and just hanging out. I would also like to set up some portraits with anyone wanting to sit for like a 2 to 3 hrs portrait painting and we would like to do some outdoor paintings and will bring extra supplies if anyone wants to join along. We have a disk gulf basket and disks, card/board games, chess, painting supplies and open to any other outdoor/indoor games/activities anyone wants to suggest. I will be adding additional games/activities on essentials as well.

The day of the wedding is still going to be a fun-chill day, ending with a wedding which starts at 6pm with cocktail hour. Between brunch and cocktail hour, it will be free time for everyone to hang out and do whatever they like. We have a disk gulf basket and disks, card/board games, chess, painting supplies and open to any other outdoor/indoor games/activities anyone wants to suggest. I will be adding additional games/activities on essentials as well. I am making the wedding day meals/drinks from scratch and will spend most of the day prepping, anyone that likes cooking is welcome to help but not at all required, I love cooking and it is something I am excited for and is not a burden. But anyone can join along, just reach out to me directly for meal prep details.

Check out is at 11am so breakfast will be early but yummy! At 8am I will start making waffles for waffle bar full of toppings and will want to be done by 9:15am to allow time to clean up and have time to hang out before check out at 11am.

You are more than welcome to stay at our place, we live 5 mins from the train that brings you directly to SeaTec. I can provide more details if you need to use our place a base either for landing or taking off
