Dating in the 2010's is rough. Dating right before a global pandemic, impossible. Justin and I were both in a weird spot early 2020. I had just had baby Jaxson about four months before we started talking, and Justin had just moved to San Antonio. After having a baby I didn't really feel like dating again but I decided to give it one more try, and I'm so thankful I did. Justin and I matched on Bumble and so began our journey. We started talking right before the the lockdown of 2020. We texted all the time, talked on the phone for a few hours every day, and even utilized Facebook Messenger to video chat. There were so many unknowns with the pandemic and I couldn't risk being exposed since I had a 5 month old at home. However that changed Easter weekend 2020, when I finally caved to said yes to meeting in person. Our first date was eating Canes in my living room and watching Harry Potter. At the end of the night he asked me to be his girlfriend and that's when our love story began. After just two months of dating Justin moved in with Jaxson and I, and after almost 7 months of dating he asked me to be his wife. Our story is super unconventional but we love it and we are so thankful for those who have supported us along the way!
