May 2017, we had both decided to get back into the dating world. We had both decided to give Online dating a shot. From our first messages back and forth, the sparks were already flying.

Friday, May 26th 2017 was the day we had planned to meet for the first time. At the last minute, Chelsea was so nervous she tried to back out. However, Adam refused to let that happen. It took a good 15-20 minutes, but Adam got Chelsea to agree to meet up again (the best thing that has ever happened to us). We decided to have a fun first date filled with Bowling, pizza, and lots of talking.

On Wednesday, September 6th, 2017 Adam gave Chelsea a very pretty Promise Ring. The ring has two circle stones, representing them as a couple. This Promise Ring represents the Promise to love each other, the Promise to get engaged, the Promise to get Married, and the Promise to have a family. *Fun Fact: Chelsea wears thia ring around her neck now, on a white gold chain Adam had gifted her a few weeks before giving her the Promise Ring.*

On Friday, January 19th 2018, we headed to a Cabin in the Hocking Hills for the weekend. We arrived to the Cabin after dark that night. After looking around for awhile, Chelsea went into the bedroom to unpack. Little did she know, Adam was in the living room setting up the most Romantic Surprise. Adam asked Chelsea to go out into the living room, and when she did, she saw a line of rose petals that lead her to Adam who was standing inside of a big rose petal heart. Adam got down on one knee, and opened a ring box (upside down) with an absolutely gorgeous and unique two-stone diamond ring, and asked Chelsea if she would Marry him. Of course, Chelsea held out her hand, and said YES while trying to hold back the happy tears.
