How did we meet?
Answer
We met on June 3, 2023 at Wiley's bar in downtown Sioux Falls. After graduating college, Sydney was in town for a bit before moving to Wonewoc, WI. Brandon had just moved into a new apartment with his friend after graduating. Sydney's friend Katie wanted to play "Have you met Sydney", all she had to do was pick out a guy. She noticed Brandon's cross necklace. Next thing she knew, Katie had pulled Brandon over. We spent the night trying to talk over the music and crowd. At the end of the night, Sydney said to Brandon "you better text me" and he did!

When did we make it official?
Answer
We made it official after our third date, on June 14. Brandon asked me in a car outside of Buffalo Wild Wings.

How did he ask the question?
Answer
Brandon was visiting Sydney in Wonewoc for a weekend in September. We had plans to spend the day in Baraboo, getting lunch, going to an Oktoberfest, and a walk around Devil's Lake. Once we arrived to the lake, Brandon was giving a lot of attention to his phone, making sure we got on the right trail. The peak point of the trail was Buffalo rock with a stunning view of the lake. Waiting at the rock was Brandon's brother Austin, staked out with the ring and a phone for photos. We finally reached Buffalo Rock and he got down on one knee to reveal a different type of rock.

Where will we live after the wedding?
Answer
Once the school year is over, Sydney will move to Sioux Falls, living with her mom until the wedding. Then, after the wedding, we get to start our new lives together staying in Sioux Falls.
