We're asking our friends and families to get dressed up for our big day and that means black tie optional. Tuxedos are welcomed but not required. If opting for a suit, a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a tie are requested. For the ladies, floor-length gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, or fancy pantsuits. Bridesmaids will be in black dresses.
While we are having a kid-free ceremony and reception, we'd love to see your little ones at the welcome party and throughout the weekend. Sunriver is a great family vacation location and has plenty of kid friendly activities. If you're planning on making the trip with your children, please let us know so we can provide adequate childcare on the night of the wedding.
We hope you'll join us for our welcome party the night before our ceremony on Friday, September 20th at 7:30 p.m. Please make sure you RSVP to this event under the "RSVP" tab. The theme is "Something Blue" so wear something blue and join us to kick off the weekend of celebrating with appetizers and drinks at the Owl's Nest in the Sunriver Resort.
While there are many different options to stay at Sunriver, we do have a room block in hotel-like rooms at the Lodge-Village. The rooms will only be held until July 23 so make sure you're planning ahead. See all information on options to stay under our "Stay at Sunriver" tab.
There are two airport options if you're flying in for the wedding. You can fly into the Redmond Airport (RDM), which is about a 30-40 minute drive from the Sunriver Resort. Or you can fly into the Portland Airport (PDX), which is about a 3.5 hour drive to the resort. See our "Travel" tab for more information.
Sunriver offers a complimentary shuttle throughout the resort during your stay at Sunriver. The shuttle will be available for pick-up to the Great Hall (ceremony and reception location) and runs through the end of the reception to ensure everyone arrives safely back to their rental room or home.
