We hope this site has the answer to all of your questions about our wedding on Prince Edward Island, Canada. Besides our ceremony and reception, we want our guests to enjoy their time on Island and provide information for travel and accommodations.
Prince Edward Island is a popular summer destination, therefore we suggest you make your island accommodations 10-12 months in advance.
There are several hotels on the island, which may have better availability if booking closer to the date of our wedding. Although, for large groups and extended stays (which we definitely suggest!) a cottage rental is ideal.
Traveling to PEI by car is about 10 hours from Boston, MA. There are limited direct flights from the states to Charlottetown, the capital of PEI. If you do fly, you will need to rent a car.
There is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
