Michaela (aka Micky, aka Almost Mrs. Everly) chose to attend the University of Idaho after graduating high school in 2014. A few days after moving into her freshman dorm, Michaela was on her way to the dining hall when she saw two of her new hallmates standing in their doorways having a discussion. Being very shy at the time, Michaela tried to quickly and quietly pass them without being noticed. But destiny had other plans, as one of them stopped her in her tracks, reached out his hand, and said "Hi, I'm Wil". Now 9 years later, Michaela is marrying that same Wil.

William Everly

In October of 2015, Wil gave Michaela a delicate silver bracelet and a handwritten note asking her to be his girlfriend (aww). Eight months into their relationship, Wil was doing his laundry at Michaela's apartment and had to leave before it was done, so Michaela simply switched it to the dryer for him. When she told him, he responded (semi-sarcastically) with "Really? I think I might love you!". Michaela did not realize the sarcastic undertone that came with the first time he had said those words, so she replied "I think I might love you too..." followed by awkward silence and "just kidding" from both of them. Ten minutes later, Wil told her that he really did love her (and not just because she dried his laundry).

Melissa Kessler

Melissa is Michaela's childhood best friend. They grew up together playing soccer, doing photoshoots, having hundreds of sleepovers, and celebrating many holidays with each other's families. Melissa comes from a family of boaters and she has grown to be a true Queen of the Seas. She has a passion for driving boats and yachts and a talent for docking even in the tightest and choppiest of places. Her knowledge and skills are so impressive, Michaela's (slight to moderate) fear of water completely disappears when Melissa is behind the helm.

Tatianna Arvizu

Tatianna and Michaela's friendship has flourished since their college days, when they met through Tatianna's boyfriend Gavin (groomsmen). Despite now living in different states, their have remained close fiends over the years. Tatianna is an adventurous spirit, always eager to try new things, like the time she tackled the challenge of reupholstering a sailboat interior in just one week and then sailed it, despite not knowing how to sail!

Caitlin Everly

Bridesmaid

When Wil first introduced Michaela to his Mom, she also met his sister Caitlin, who made her feel welcomed as a part of their family right away. Despite living in different states, Caitlin and Michaela have always found ways to stay connected, whether it's catching up during family vacations, practicing yoga together over Zoom, or enjoying virtual family game nights. Caitlin's affectionate and playful nature makes her a purrr-fect fit for the bridal party, and her tattoo dedicated to their childhood cat is just one more testament to her loving personality.

Laura Everly

Michaela met Laura, Wil's youngest sister, the same time she had met Caitlin (bridesmaid). Since then, they have spent countless family vacations, holidays, and school breaks together, forming a bond that continues to grow stronger with each passing day. Laura has always had a passion for food; her love for snacking is well-known amongst her friends and family, and she once even devoured an entire tub of cream cheese in one sitting!

Paul Busch

Paul and Wil have know each other since childhood and have continued their close friendship. Paul is a nature enthusiast and spends most of his time outdoors. Being surrounded by nature has given Paul an impressive talent: he can perfectly mimic the sounds of a cricket (indistinguishably from a real cricket!). So if you happen to hear crickets during the wedding, it's likely just Paul showing off his chirp skills.

Gavin Whitesitt

Groomsman

Gavin and Wil became friends after meeting in an economics class during college. After completing his undergraduate studies and time as a linebacker for the UI football team, Gavin was eager for a new adventure and spent numerous hours transforming a van into a comfortable living space. Gavin and his girlfriend Tati (bridesmaid) lived in the van for more than a year, occasionally parking outside of Michaela and Wil's apartment for the night

Sam Fenlason

Groomsman

Along with Gavin (groomsman), Sam met Wil in their college economics class and they have remained close friends ever since. In addition to completing his undergraduate studies, Sam was the kicker for the University of Idaho football team. His love for sports blends into his family life where he has so many nieces and nephews, he could field an entire baseball team and coach them as their Uncle Sam.

Wil and Bill have known each other since the age of eight, spending countless afternoons watching movies and playing video games. These shared experiences paved the way for Bill's impressive expertise in media; his passion for movies, books, music, and video games is unmatched, and his extensive knowledge of all things entertainment makes him a true master of his craft.
