There will be a time gap between the conclusion of the church ceremony and the start of the reception at 6 p.m. The distance between the church and reception is 14 miles or about 25 minutes. See the recommendations for Restoration Hardware for a great place to hang out before the reception that is very close to the Drury Lane. The city of Rosemont, which is next to O'Hare airport and on the way to the reception location in Oakbrook Terrace, has an entertainment district so you may wish to spend your free time checking out their movie theatre, candy store, tiki lounge, bowling alley, billiards and several outdoor dining venues. Parking is free in the garage with validation. There is also the Fashion Outlets of Chicago nearby if you feel the urge to do a little shopping.
