Due to the rising cases of COVID, we have been put in a difficult spot to make a decision as what to do about our wedding. We have decided that we will still have our wedding on September 19th, but with only family. We will have a second reception on February 20th, 2021 for all of our guests. We will have our ceremony recorded and will show it to everyone at the second reception. The location is still in the works but we will let you know very soon. We hope to see you all there!

Their first conversation was due to Billy eavesdropping, and Carlie being too sweet to ignore or walk away from him. They were in tennis class, and were marking down scores on the board when Billy struck up the conversation. They began to hangout after class was over, and Carlie would always walk Billy to his next class. After a month of talking in class, after class, and after school, they went on their first date. Wreck it Ralph 2 was their first date, and from there, the hook was firmly set in both their hearts.

Billy's original plan was to go on a hike to a beautiful waterfall with Carlie and a bunch of friends. Due to the virus outbreak and widespread panic, that never happened. The virus put a lot of stress on Billy and Carlie, Billy had been holding on to the ring for 3 months at that point. One night, a small group of friends (less than 6) came over to make chili. Billy and Carlie slaved over a pot of chicken chili for an hour and finally the labor of love was complete. As they all sat around, eating chili and making fun of Billy's middle-school YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/user/MrMcDunlap/videos), Billy decided that what mattered was his love for Carlie and being with close friends. He dropped down on one knee to the complete shock of Carlie. She said yes after asking if this was all real.
