It will be late May / early June in the mountains. It may be warm during the day, but will most likely be chilly at night. Plan to bring a light jacket at least for when you're at leisure. Friday night attire for the welcome party is elevated western. Think cowboy hats, dresses, blazers, etc. Saturday afternoon and evening attire is formal. Black tie is not expected so think suits, long dresses, etc.
Valet at The Ritz Bachelor Gulch was negotiated as $30 per vehicle per night. If you are staying at The Ritz, transportation will be provided to the welcome party Friday evening. All events Saturday are at The Ritz Bachelor Gulch.
Download Village Connect on the App Store on your phone. After logging in, you will be able to choose your pick up location, prefered destination (within BC), and number of guests. Once selected and requested, your bus will give you an ETA on when it will pick you up. Don't be late as other guests may be on or waiting for the shuttle! Friday night transportation will be provided from The Ritz Bachelor Gulch to the Welcome Party at Saddleridge. Village Connect should only be used as a last resort to get to this event. Transportation will be provided back to the hotel after, but you may use Village Connect if you're looking to have dinner in Beaver Creek after.
