Roaring Fork
Right across the street from The Scott Resort! (A local favorite!) Roaring Fork is known for its American Western-inspired cuisine. The menu typically features a mix of wood-fired specialties, grilled dishes, and flavors influenced by the American Southwest. Steaks, chops, and seafood are often highlighted on the menu.
Uchi Scottsdale
Uchi, "house" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award‑winning Chef Tyson Cole. A delicate balance of elevated food and impeccable service, Uchi offers non‑traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and a seasonal omakase. This is now one of Will and Kenzie’s favorite date night spots - we highly recommend the Wagyu Hot Rock! Reservations Recommended!
HULA'S Modern Tiki Scottsdale
Hawaiian Shirts are highly encouraged at this establishment! Hula's is known for its modern take on tiki-inspired cuisine. The menu typically features a fusion of tropical and Pacific Rim flavors, with dishes that include seafood, grilled meats, and creative cocktails.
The Ends
A Scottsdale restaurant inspired by the food travels of celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain. The Ends intertwines the art of fine dining with the warmth of community, embracing bold, imaginative dishes in an atmosphere that values genuine connections. Will and I checked this place out one date night and couldn’t recommend it more! Reservations Recommended!
The Collins Small Batch Kitchen
It may be a quick 10 or 15 minutes from the hotels we have recommended, but we have to suggest our favorite date night spot! The Collins is a great spot for happy hour or nice dinner. The coconut cream pie for dessert is a MUST!
