As much as we love all your children, we are keeping the wedding an adults only event. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you can use this opportunity for a fun night out! Kids are allowed at the welcome event at Industry Friday night, before 8pm.
This is a semi-formal event. We recommend suits and cocktail dresses. We can't wait to see you dressed to impressed! If you're reserve/ guard/ active duty you can wear your dress uniform if you would like.
The ceremony and reception are both located at the Upper Ranch at Spruce Mountain Ranch. 14771 Spruce Mountain Rd, Larkspur CO 80118
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. It is advised to get there around 4pm or no later than 4:15pm to find parking and be seated. Please leave extra time for I-25 traffic or construction.
The ceremony will be outside (as long as weather permits). The cocktail hour will be a combination of indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
There is a large parking lot to accommodate everyone. If you drive to the venue, please note they do not want any cars overnight. (If you must leave a car overnight it has to be picked up by 9am the next morning or it will be towed)
Yes! There will be shuttles before and after the wedding to and from the Hilton Inverness Hotel. The shuttle will begin boarding at the Hilton at 3pm and leave the hotel promptly at 3:30pm before the ceremony. At the end of the night, there will be a shuttle leaving at 9pm and another at 11pm.

Unfortunately, ride shares, including Uber and Lyft, are not easily accessible leaving the venue. Please, do not rely on this as your primary transportation.

September is usually the BEST time to travel to Colorado. Weather is usually between 65-80 degrees. It's always smart to bring a jacket because the weather can be unpredictable, and it can get chilly at night.
We are so excited to be using an audio guest book through After The Tone! At the reception, you will find a vintage phone. All you have to do is pick it up, and it will already be recording, and you can leave us a voicemail. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this and participate because we can't wait to listen to everyone's messages after the big day!
Yes, everywhere you will need to get at the venue is on the same level with no stairs needed.
We would love to have an unplugged ceremony, if possible. This allows the photographer and videographer to capture this moment fully, and we are more than happy to share these with everyone!
