When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive with enough time to park and find a seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are having a kid free wedding (expect for our wedding party) so you can enjoy yourself kid free! However, we know it can be difficult during COVID, for those who are breastfeeding and for those coming from out of town. If you need to bring your kids please contact us. We would rather celebrate with you and your kids than not at all!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is transportation from downtown McMinnville. There will be one shuttle before the wedding and after the wedding ends at 10pm. The Atticus, Third Street Lofts and The Oregon Hotel are all downtown McMinnville. The shuttle ride is 15-20 minutes. We will update details closer to the wedding date.

What about COVID?

Answer

We encourage everyone coming to our wedding to have their COVID vaccine and booster. The ceremony will be outside (weather dependent) and the reception will be inside a large barn. If you are feeling sick please stay home.

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor (weather dependent) and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoor. Layers are always encouraged in spring in Oregon.
