1. Go to the web site of Villa la Estancia, Riviera Nayarit. Click on the UPDATE button at the upper right corner (on some devices you get the main menu that instead has the BOOK now menu, please click on it). 2. The “Book Now” button, will enable a new menu, where you need to enter the check in and check out dates, and it gives you the option to enter the promocode “whitneyandreed” 3. This will take you to the Room options where you need to select your room type by clicking the "BOOK " button next to the room type you prefer at the rates shown. 4. Complete your check-out by providing guest and billing information. At the moment of booking 2 nights of your stay will be charged as an initial deposit and the rest of the stay and tips must be paid upon your arrival at the hotel.

Transportation to and from the airport

We will not be providing transportation to and from the airport for our guests, but we have plenty of tips and suggestions as needed to ensure you have a smooth and safe trip! Here are some key tips to keep in mind: 1. Exit the airport building and avoid the salespeople inside. 2. Get an authorized taxi outside of the airport building to the right of the exit. It's easy, and you can pay with a credit card. 3. Trip should last about 15-20 minutes from the airport to the hotels mentioned above.

Hotel Arrival

When you arrive to La Estancia or Flamingos, at check-in you may be asked if you would like to watch a 90 minute timeshare presentation. You do not have to do this, but regardless, they might ask and offer free stuff in return.

Shuttle

Wedding Transportation

April 20, 2024 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for all guests. Arrival: Meet in the lobby of Estancia at 4:30pm for transportation by buses to the wedding venue. Departure: After the wedding and reception, buses will transport guests back to the hotel at 11:00pm. *One bus will be provided for early return (if needed) at 9:45 pm.
