Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. For gentlemen, we suggest men opt for either a sharp suit or a sophisticated sports coat paired with dress pants or slacks. This is not a black tie event.

Although we love your children, we hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a night for yourselves! Adults only please.

What do I need to enter West Point

Answer

All visitors must have photo ID for entry to West Point. At the Thayer Gate all those 16 years and older will be asked for a valid form of photo ID. Ages 16-17 years: current drivers license, passport, current school ID (school aged) . Ages 18+: current drivers license, US passport, Department of Defense issued identification card, a permanent resident card/Alien Registration Receipt Card (1-551), a foreign passport with a temporary I-551 stamp or visa or an employment authorization document that contains a photograph (Form I-766).

When should I book my room by?

Answer

If you are planning on staying at the Thayer Hotel the room block will be available for booking until May 12th, 2024. The Holiday Inn Hotel does not have a deadline for booking .

Transportation from Holiday Inn

Answer

Don't worry we've got you covered. We will be providing a shuttle from the Hotel to the Church, and the Church to the reception. The shuttle to the church will be there to pick guests up at starting at 2pm. The shuttle will also be available later in the evening to take you back to the hotel from ~10pm-1am.
