It’s funny how things happen in ways you least expect. I had never imagined that Brent would Super like me on a dating app that I actually thought was a huge waste of time. We exchanged Snapchat’s and carried on about our day to day lives. Brent had a way of reminding me that he was still around by sliding up on my stories (especially if he did not approve of them or if he thought I looked really pretty). It was him telling me that I was so gorgeous he needed to pick his jaw up off the ground, and threatening to steal my Golden Retriever (Cooper) that really sparked the begining of our relationship.

On April 6, 2020 (During the peak of our good ole friend Covid-19) Brent and I went on a date driving through the parkway and talking about anything and everything that popped in our minds. It was when he dropped me off at my house that he asked if I wanted to be serious and call each other girlfriend and boyfriend.

If you know me, you know my love for traveling. If you know Brent you know his love for bars and beer. Put the the two together and add a ring to the mix: on April 29th, 2021 Brent asked me to spend the rest of my life with him at a cute hole in the wall bar and grill in Golden, Colorado.
