This is the main tourist spot on the island and is definitely a fun area if you're looking to bar hop, have a lot of different food options around, and experience beach activities like catamarans or renting paddleboards.
Polynesian Cultural Center
A fun place to learn about cultures and history... they host luaus, have a marketplace, canoe rides, guided tours, and live entertainment.
The Sunrise Shack
Not far from our wedding site is this cute little local spot that serves coffee, smoothies, acai bowls, and snacks. Right across the street from the beach where all the professional surfers go!
Snorkeling
Great snorkeling spots: Hanauma Bay, Sharks Cove, Baby Makapu'u, Electric Beach
Green World Coffee Farm
A nice local coffee shop to help with the hangover you are 100% bound to have.
Matsumoto Shave Ice
Shave ice is super popular on island, and this is the best place to get it!
Hike
Easy: Lanikai Pillbox, Makapu'u Lighthouse Trail, Manoa Falls, Diamondhead Trail, Hau'ua Loop Trail, Ma'ili Pillbox Hike More difficult: Koko Head, Crouching Lion, Stairway To Heaven (one side is illegal now so you have to go the entire long way around)
