Chad & I met several years ago while he was delivering office supplies to the company I worked for at the time. I could never stop myself from smiling back at the delivery guy with the super cute smile. A year or two went by of "Hellos", "How are you's" and "Is this where you want the paper?" During that time we chatted about more than pens & paper. He would tell me about his daughter and weekends spent with his parents. I would share as much as I could about myself, Chad is a talker and I am not. One day as I drug myself back to work from my lunch break I saw his van there making a delivery. We stopped outside and chatted for a minute and this is when he made his move by asking if I'd like his number to call and talk sometime. (Sidenote: Chad later shared he was nervous and that's why he was acting particularly goofy that day.) Ladies & Gentleman I have watched "He's Just Not That Into You" enough to know that I should take the number but not call him immediately. I waited a few days, went on a date (with another guy) and at the end of that date I text Chad, never speaking to the other guy again. That text opened up a whole new life for us. We talked daily, sometimes 2 hours at a time. We saw each other as often as work schedules would allow. He introduced me to his daughter and we spent our time together getting to know one another as well. Days and months added up to a year and half together when Chad popped the question in June 2018. We have grown together as people and a couple and most importantly a family in our time together and we look forward to many more years together! We cannot wait to share our special day with those that have loved and supported us during our lives!
