Barn Decorating!

Wedding party and family members are asked to help pitch in to decorate and prepare the barn for Saturday's main event! We will provide snacks, lunch and cold beverages in exchange for some good manual labor. Tasks include a variety of things from hanging lights, arranging tables and chairs, and assembling center pieces. We would greatly appreciate your help on this day. The more folks who are able to pitch in, the faster it gets done!
Rehearsal Dinner

Wedding party members, their partners, and our immediate family members - after setting up the venue and going through the rehearsal, please come enjoy a relaxing meal together before the big day. Dinner will include appetizers and wine for the table. Cash bar is also available.

Our Ceremony

Barn semi-formal. Our ceremony will take place on the lawn outside the Dutch Barn, so please keep the diverse weather conditions of Upstate New York in early fall in mind!
Reception

Reception will start with appetizers and finger foods while the newlyweds, their wedding parties, and family take time for photographs. There will be beer, wine and hard cider (made locally!) for you to enjoy responsibly. While wedding photos are being taken please also enjoy this opportunity to take a tour of the Mabee Farm House with a historic society volunteer and tour the family graveyard! Dinner will be served buffet style, vegan and gluten free options will be available. After dinner there will be music and dancing.
