Rachel and Katie first met teaching at the same school during COVID. They became good friends later in the school year, and have been close ever since. Rachel is an amazing friend and one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Megan and Katie are childhood friends. They grew up together playing soccer, Harry Potter video games and eventually obsessing over Twilight together (who was team Jacob??). They stayed close when Katie moved away in high school and eventually Megan moved to Boston a few years after Katie moved to the South Shore. Megan is funny and a lovely human.
Abby MacDougall
Bridesmaid
Abby and Katie are childhood friends - they grew up playing soccer and did a post college trip through Europe together. Abby is brilliant and kind. And if you're thinking "oh, is that the same friend Katie was visiting when she met Wes?" - the answer is YES!
Sarah McMann

Sarah and Katie were roommates all throughout college - and thankfully they stayed good friends after living in close quarters for four years. Sarah works as a nurse now. Sarah is funny and tells is how it is.
Chloe Kattau

Chloe is engaged to Katie's brother - but thankfully they're friends outside of that too. Chloe is a very kind and thoughtful friend.
Pat Manning
Best Man
Pat and Wesley have known each other since they were kids - they grew up in the same neighborhood and could often be found riding their BMX bikes around and causing mischief in the woods. Pat will remember anything you tell him and he is a genuinely good person.
Josh Bourke
Groomsman
Josh and Wes are childhood friends. They share a love for old cars and fixing them up. Josh is an elevator mechanic in Boston and introduced Wes to bearded dragons. Josh is dependable and down to Earth.
Dallas Carroll
Groomsman
Dallas is Wesley's middle brother. He is a carpenter in Boston who enjoys playing Airsoft in his down time. Dallas is funny and sweet.
Luke Carroll
Groomsman
Luke is Wesley's brother. He is a mechanic in the Air Force and he lives in Florida. He enjoys fishing and playing his guitar, as well as baking at all hours of the night. Luke is witty and pragmatic. We're curious to see if the mustache makes a showing at the wedding.
Chris Day
Groomsman
Chris is Katie's brother - though ironically he sees Wesley more frequently as Wes has a lot of overnights in Raleigh. Chris is an avid fan of making cocktails and doing science.
Paul Bowler
Officiant
Paul met Katie and Wesley through his girlfriend, Rachel (Katie's maid of honor). They all became close friends and can be found frequenting local breweries or sitting around a fire on the weekend. Paul is thoughtful and we are thrilled to have him as our officiant.
