Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place in the Conservatory at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey. One of the reasons for choosing this venue is that it's all-in-one, including sleeping accommodations and parking facilities.

Question

Are children welcomed?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to limit the presence of younger children at our wedding. This decision is primarily due to venue capacity and safety considerations. Exceptions will be made for close family members as needed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making arrangements ahead of time to ensure an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Question

Can I bring additional guests who are not listed on the invitation?

Answer

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless otherwise specified on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests adhere to a Formal Attire (Black Tie Optional) dress code for the event. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie. For women, floor-length evening gowns are encouraged, but a mid-length dress is also appropriate. Please refrain from wearing casual attire, jeans,...or flip flops!

Question

How do I book a hotel room?

Answer

Details on how to book a room at the venue can be found in the 'Hotel' section above. Please note that we have a limited room block, and priority is given to the wedding party and immediate family members. We recommend securing your accommodation early to ensure availability.

Question

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will commence promptly at 5 pm. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour will start at 5:30 pm, and the reception will officially begin at 6:30 pm. To ensure everyone can fully enjoy each part of the celebration, we recommend taking into account traffic and travel time, aiming to arrive a few minutes earlier.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. If you choose to do so, we ask that you be mindful not to block anyone's view or obstruct the center aisle. We have hired an exceptional photographer and videographer to capture every moment, and we will share their work once it's ready. Your cooperation in respecting this request will ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the ceremony.

Question

How can I communicate dietary restrictions or medical allergies?

Answer

To accommodate your dietary restrictions or medical allergies, please inform us by providing the necessary details. You can communicate this information through the RSVP form or by contacting us directly. We will work closely with the catering team to ensure your needs are met, and you can fully enjoy the dining experience.

Question

Will the cake contain nuts?

Answer

Regrettably, our cake will contain nuts. If you have any medical allergies or dietary restrictions related to nuts, please let us know so that we can make arrangements for alternative dessert options that meet your specific needs. Your well-being is our priority, and we want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the dessert offerings at the wedding.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We are blessed with everything we need for this exciting new chapter. If you wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our cash fund (under 'Registry' above) would be greatly appreciated.

Question

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #WesNumberOneFan. We would love for you to share any photos or content from the wedding using this hashtag. Your posts to our hashtag are a delightful way to capture and share the joy of this special day.
