If calling to book your room (easier than booking online) call: 1-508-487-9500 or 1-800-942-5388, mention you are booking for the WERNER/NEMEROFF WEDDING for the discounted wedding rate. If booking online: www.provincetowninn.com On the Home Page click on the BOOK NOW button in the upper righthand corner -- this will bring them to the booking page. Next they will see 3 boxes towards the top of the page. The box on the left is the Calendar / Arrival / Departure dates for the reservation. Click ONCE on the Arrow “down” and the calendar will pull up. Find the arrival date and click ONCE. Then find the departure date and Click ONCE again. Please Double check that the dates are correct. Next they can go to the Room / Number of Adults / Number of Children Click ONCE on the arrow “down” button and enter the information. Next go to Rate Options and click ONCE on the arrow “down” button. A box will pull up with many different rate code boxes. THEY WILL NOT SEE YOUR NAMES. (not sure why about this, some type of system glitch). They will see at the top of the box internet rate with a check mark. They should click on the Internet rate box to get rid of that check mark. Then they should go to the Promo code box and enter WERNEM24 -- and hit Apply. They will see a Green box appear and that says Werner / Nemeroff Wedding applied. (This may take a couple of seconds..) Next go to the Check Availability box and click on that. This will take you to another page which has all the available room categories listed. Click Select on the room category they would like and fill in the pertinent information. They should be all set. After we run the deposit on the credit card they will receive an email confirmation
