It's official, we're tying the knot!

If you have heard us tell this story in-person, you know how we explain all the little details. This is a classic story of how we ALMOST never met and eventually did. Scott and I were on Bumble, but we never actually matched on there. Scott had set his distance limit to about 10 miles away from his address and Laura happen to live about 30 miles north from him. One day, Scott went north about 5 miles away from where Laura used to live and opened his Bumble app. That little action changed our lives! His location automatically resets to where he is and shows him Laura's dating profile. If this didn't happen, we probably would have never met! The same day that Scott opened his app and swiped right is the same day that Laura decided to deleted her dating profile. So guess what? We actually never matched on the app. Laura never saw him on Bumble. We probably wouldn't have been connected if it weren't for Instagram! On Laura's dating profile, she included her Instagram handle. Scott followed Laura on Instagram after he swiped right. Days go by before Scott said anything to Laura - he was waiting for her to post an Instagram story or post and was going to start the conversation that way. Little did he know, I am barely active on Instagram. So Laura was the first one to slid into his dm and introduced herself. One year and however many months later, here we are! Best friends and tying the knot.
