Nick and Nina met their freshman year at Georgetown University and didn't think much of it. They had many mutual friends and spent a lot of their free time together. In the Summer of 2016, Nick came to visit Nina in New York City and they soon began to realize what they were missing. Sophomore year came and they began to see each other more. Nick finally asked Nina out on a date, and the rest is history!

Nick proposed to Nina on their trip to Hawaii. They were staying at a beautiful resort in the North Shore of Oahu. Nick had scoped out the property to find the perfect spot. Nick, as impatient as he is, decided to propose the first full day they were in Hawaii on a secluded cliff area right off the beach. They walked down a winding path lined with white rose petals. Nick grabbed Nina's hands and got down on one knee as the sun was setting in the background.
