After talking a few times at church events, Nick and Lena met for coffee at Cups in Oxford, MS. They ended up talking for hours about religion, family, friends, and everything under the sun. Driving away after coffee, both Lena and Nick knew they had just kindled something special. The week after, they had their first date, and the rest is history.

While in Tennessee, Nick and Lena hiked up to the tallest point in the Smoky Mountains called Clingman's Dome. Once they reached the top, Nick began saying sweet things, he showed her a video, and he got down on one knee. She said yes! Lena's ring was made by her Uncle Johnny Turner, and all the way home, she couldn't stop looking at it. They are so excited to celebrate with y'all!
