Base Access
We have been informed by Little Creek Base Security of the following requirement. The form takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Sorry for the inconvenience but completion of the form is required for everyone that does not currently have base access privileges.
For all guests 18 years of age and older: If you DO NOT have a military ID
or base access as a civilian, then you MUST complete the attached form to
include signature and date.
