RSVP as soon as you can, but you MUST RSVP by September 29, 2024.
Everything is on our Zola website and we are registered through them. As much as we love out of the box gifts please stick to the registry as we are focused on building a home, adventuring and one day starting a family!
Please arrive by 3:45, if you arrive five minutes before the ceremony, you will have to wait to be seated after the wedding party and bride comes down the aisle. Bollinger family and Way family are asked to arrive by 3pm so photos can be taken and the bride and groom can enjoy cocktail hour with family and friends
Semi formal? I am not picky, most importantly, wear what makes you comfortable, we want everyone on the dance floor and having fun! The ceremony is on the grass, so be aware when wearing heels, there is also a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the ceremony area, however there will be golf carts available! I would recommend wedges, its also November in FL so it won't be very cold! Please note that our venue has a gravel cocktail hour + a natural terrain path to the reception, so wedges would be best!
There is parking onsite and parking attendants as well as signs to direct you, there is a walk to the ceremony site but there are golf carts if you need assistance or have heels on!
Unfortunately no, due to the number of attendees (the Bollinger and Way family are huge!), outside of the wedding party, there are no children allowed. I know most family are coming from out of town, so if you need any babysitter recommendations - Allison has some and they are CPR certified and she has known them for years!
Yes, absolutely! The venue encourages it and we can help with rides if you need, we want everyone to get to their destination safely!
